1Acceptance of MBI7 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to mbi7 — an online Sports Betting and casino platform built for Malaysian users. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and mbi7 ("Platform", "We").

3Account Registration & Security Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on mbi7. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, similar details, or using the same device — is a serious violation. mbi7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts and forfeit any related balances, bonuses, or winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your mbi7 account password and login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised party accesses your account, including family members or acquaintances.
• Notify mbi7 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit at mbi7 is RM 10 and maximum deposit limits depend on your chosen payment method and account level. All deposits are final once processed and cannot be reversed except under specific circumstances at mbi7's discretion.

Mbi7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the mbi7 account holder. Breach of this condition may result in account suspension and withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.

5Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawing funds from your account mbi7 you are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same Malaysian bank account or digital wallet used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically within 15 to 60 minutes for digital wallet methods. Withdrawals to a bank account may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank.
• Mbi7 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per day or RM 20,000 within a month.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real money balances qualify for withdrawal.

mbi7 reserves the right to temporarily hold or suspend withdrawals where there are signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending completion of an investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Mbi7 offers its members a variety of promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus of up to RM 300, 1.5% weekly rebate, reload bonuses, and a range of seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another user.
• Mbi7 reserves the right to void bonuses if eligibility criteria are not met or if there is evidence of abuse.
• Duplicate bonus claims or promotion abuse (e.g. registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly) are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Mbi7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a translated promotion and the original version, the terms of the original version shall prevail.

7General Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting section mbi7 covers betting across a wide range of sports, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and 50+ other leagues), badminton, tennis, basketball, e-sports, and more. General betting rules are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed and credited to your bet slip. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• In the case of a postponed or cancelled match, mbi7 will follow the policies of the relevant league organiser or market provider. In general, bets will be voided and stakes refunded if a match is not completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win in order to qualify for full payout. A cancelled match will typically reduce the parlay to the remaining selections.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each market are displayed on the platform, and mbi7 reserves the right to amend these without notice.
• Bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error may be voided by mbi7.

8Casino Games, Slots & Roulette

All casino games at mbi7 — including slots, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and Live Casino games — operate on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited by an independent certification body. General casino game rules:

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, mbi7 will settle results based on data recorded on our servers. This is to safeguard the interests of all parties.

11Account Suspension & Closure

mbi7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Failed or incomplete age or identity verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Instructions from a relevant regulatory body or authority.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with no login.

In the event of an account closure, any valid real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, unless there are legitimate grounds for forfeiture under these Terms & Conditions.

12MBI7 Liability Limits

mbi7 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Mbi7 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server issues or natural disasters.
• Mbi7 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or casino gaming decisions.
• Mbi7's total maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions
